Position: Warehouse Dispatch Assistant

Responsibilities:

Order Packing: Accurately and efficiently pack customer orders ensuring product quality and order accuracy.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through various channels (email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update records in the system.

Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct shipment of orders.

Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on packed orders to meet company standards.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members and founders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills is a MUST (Virgo energy)

Excellent communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency (excel)

Experience with Shopify and Starshipit is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
